Rules are boring but they are there to try and make sure everything runs smoothly and to ensure every client receives their full appointment slot. Please respect our time & policies.

Please come alone to your appointment, the salon is only little & there is no space for extra guests.

Bills must be paid via cash or bank transfer, we don't have card payment facilities.

All deposits are none refundable but appointments can be cancelled & rescheduled with 48 hours notice.

There will be a 50% fee to pay for cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice. If you don't show up to your appointment without letting us know, you will be billed 100% of the cost of your appointment.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule but your deposit will be lost.
